Description

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, advising on banking solutions, and accurately processing various financial transactions. The associate will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns, identifying opportunities to promote TD products and services, and actively contributing to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately and efficiently, adhering to operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.,Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Identify customer needs and open appropriate products/services.,Promote banking products, advice, services, and capabilities.,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.,Participate in team effectiveness and personal performance development, including cross-training.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable work environment that supports a diverse workforce.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset. Established customer service skills and a broad knowledge of basic banking products are required.
