Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. This position involves accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable banking solutions, products, and services. The associate is also responsible for resolving customer concerns, achieving business objectives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as needed.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development to foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Respect coworkers, remain dedicated, and keep the team updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
