Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by processing financial transactions and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting relevant services, and ensuring a positive customer experience while upholding TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized procedures and regulations.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly.,Engage personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, participating in personal performance development.,Collaborate with team members, maintaining dedication and keeping them informed of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
