Description

The Customer Experience Associate role at TD Canada Trust is a frontline position focused on building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and services, identifying customer needs, and referring them to appropriate internal partners to ensure a positive customer experience. This specific posting is targeted towards applicants who identify as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures and industry regulations.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Maintain discretion with confidential customer information.,Identify opportunities to promote products and services and refer customers to relevant internal bank partners.,Possess strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.,Be a dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Experience ideally in banking, administrative roles, or customer service.
