TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their Personal & Commercial Banking team in Sarnia, Ontario. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships by processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions. The associate will contribute to a positive customer experience, achieve business objectives, and promote a diverse and equitable work environment. This particular posting is open to individuals identifying as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately, adhering to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, maintaining confidentiality.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately.,Connect with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal development.,Support team members, remaining dedicated and updating on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience (minimum).,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset).
