Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by handling service transactions, providing product information, and offering solutions. This position requires understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote banking services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate will accurately process financial transactions, resolve concerns, achieve business objectives, and contribute to a positive and diverse work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Complete business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate, detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

Minimum Education

High School diploma (Undergraduate degree is an asset)
