Description

This frontline role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships by accurately processing financial transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying sales opportunities. The associate is expected to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as required.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
