What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Handle confidential matters with discretion.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.,Meet assigned goals and business objectives.,Promote banking solutions and ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal development.,Support the team by fostering respect, dedication, and clear communication on routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.

Minimum Education
