TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable banking solutions. Responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, achieving business objectives, and contributing to a positive team and branch environment. This specific opportunity is targeted towards applicants who identify as First Nation, Inuit, and Métis.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and identify customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions, handling confidential matters discreetly.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.,Meet assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and ensuring timely and accurate completion of business processes.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Support the team through respectful collaboration, dedication, and clear communication on routine activities.,Provide quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Proactive individual who can exercise initiative, maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
