Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being a frontline representative, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, offering information and advice on banking products and services, and identifying sales opportunities to refer customers to relevant teams. The associate is expected to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive and diverse work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and staying dedicated.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
