Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by performing various customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and services, and identifying opportunities to promote suitable solutions to existing and prospective customers. The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience by understanding individual needs and acting as a frontline representative of TD Bank.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions accurately, adhering to operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and efficiently completing business processes.,Communicate personally and clearly with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and engaging in personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting colleagues, maintaining dedication, and providing updates on routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.,Possess a High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Demonstrate strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.,Have hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Exhibit initiative, accuracy, and detail-orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.,Be a dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
