Customer Experience Associate - Future Opportunities

Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep and lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking solutions, and resolving customer concerns. The associate is expected to achieve business objectives, promote banking solutions, and contribute to a positive and diverse work environment while participating in personal development.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
