Description
The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by handling various service transactions, providing product and service information, and offering advice. This role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote banking solutions, and referring customers to appropriate internal partners, all while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key duties include accurate processing of financial transactions, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to a positive and effective team environment.
What We're Looking For
Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, maintaining confidentiality.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development to foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping them informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
Ideal Candidate
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
