Customer Experience Associate - Future Opportunities

Description

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling a variety of financial transactions, resolving customer concerns, and identifying suitable banking solutions. It involves supporting business objectives, promoting banking products and services, and adhering to operational policies and the Bank's Code of Conduct. The associate will also contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Create an exceptional customer experience.

Process a broad range of financial transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately and efficiently.

Assist with and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.

Identify customer needs and determine solutions, opening a limited range of products/services.

Support business objectives and advice goals.

Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.

Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.

Contribute to operational excellence and timely completion of business processes.

Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities.

Ensure due diligence for accurate customer transactions.

Comply with the Bank Code of Conduct.

Participate fully as a team member, promoting effectiveness and a positive work environment.

Continuously develop knowledge in own area and participate in cross-training.

Keep colleagues informed about day-to-day activities.

Ideal Candidate

Established customer service skills.

Broad knowledge of basic banking product suite.
