Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves acting as a frontline representative, focusing on building customer relationships, accurately processing financial transactions, and offering information and advice on banking products and services. The associate is responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience, while also promoting products and making necessary referrals to internal partners.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in adherence to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential information.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues that are outside standard procedures when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and ensuring timely and accurate completion of business processes.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Support the team by showing respect to colleagues and keeping them informed on the status of routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements to achieve excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.

Minimum Education
