The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following procedures and regulations.,Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, supporting team effectiveness and personal development.,Collaborate with team members, ensuring everyone is updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills, capable of connecting effectively with diverse individuals verbally and in writing.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
