Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating when necessary.
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.
Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.
Help foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
