What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standardized operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.,Meet assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Collaborate with the team, respecting colleagues and keeping them informed on routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.,Maintain strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.,Demonstrate accuracy, detail-orientation, and initiative in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Exhibit established customer experience and dynamic communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
