The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by handling various financial transactions and providing advice on products and services. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience within a branch environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, promoting team effectiveness and personal development.,Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep the team updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate, detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication skills with established customer experience capabilities, able to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
