This role is part of a talent pool for future openings within the Montreal West/West Island region. The position focuses on providing excellent face-to-face customer service, executing financial transactions accurately, and proactively identifying opportunities to help customers with their banking needs through TD’s products and services.
Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately,Identify and refer customers to appropriate internal partners based on their financial needs,Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the branch,Ensure compliance with bank security, operational, and regulatory procedures,Support the branch team in meeting overall customer service and performance goals
Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment,Comfortable using digital tools and technology,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment,Legally eligible to work in Canada

Part-time (hours vary; including evenings and weekends)
Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and late shifts; Bilingualism (English/French) is required for the Quebec region.
