Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by processing financial transactions and providing information and advice on banking products and services. The associate is expected to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, achieve business objectives, and contribute to a positive and diverse work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills (verbal and written).,This posting is specifically open to those who identify as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.
