Customer Experience Associate - Fixed Term Contract

Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being the frontline of TD Bank, building relationships with customers, processing financial transactions, and offering information and advice on banking products and solutions. The associate will identify opportunities to promote products and services, aiming to provide a positive customer experience and meet business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, handling confidential matters discreetly.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, supporting team effectiveness and personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and providing updates on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
