Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate banking solutions, and resolving concerns while adhering to company procedures and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

Minimum Education

High School diploma (Undergraduate degree is an asset)
