The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by processing financial transactions accurately and providing information and advice on banking products and services. The associate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive and diverse work environment while achieving business objectives.
Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
