Description
The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by handling various customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services. This role involves understanding customer needs, accurately processing financial transactions, and contributing to a positive customer experience while adhering to TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. The associate is expected to achieve assigned goals, collaborate with the team, and suggest operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
