Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. This involves processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking solutions, and promoting products and services. The associate is also responsible for resolving customer concerns, achieving business objectives, and contributing to a positive team environment while ensuring excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating as necessary.,Achieve established business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Build personal connections with customers and clearly inform them of banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Support the team by respecting colleagues and staying dedicated.,Ensure quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or more than one year of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong organizational, administrative, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet.,Ambitious, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with proven customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse individuals calmly, courteously, and effectively.
