Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures and regulations.
Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.
Connect personally with customers to provide appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.
Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal performance development.
Assist the team by collaborating with coworkers and keeping them informed on routine activities.
Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
