The Customer Care Representative at Laura Canada will focus on providing an excellent customer experience to Laura and Melanie Lyne customers. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and responding to emails in both French and English. This is a temporary position.
Answer customer inquiries regarding in-store issues, product availability, online shopping assistance, shipping issues and tracking, promotions, and returns.
Process customer orders efficiently through phone or email.
Respond to customers in line with internal policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Document all inbound technical and service-oriented support calls in a case log system.
Investigate customer complaints to help determine service failures.
Resolve any concerns or issues effectively and professionally.
Escalate technical and service-oriented issues using established procedures.
1 year of relevant experience.
Full-time and flexible availability from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends.
Available for full-time on-site training for a 4-6 week period.
