Customer Account Specialist III, Customer Assistance

Description

The Customer Account Specialist III within TD Canada Trust's Customer Assistance department is responsible for collecting on various personal and small business banking arrears. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing legendary customer service through inbound and outbound calls, and offering advice on TD products and services to help customers resolve financial difficulties. Specialists are expected to efficiently resolve inquiries, meet performance objectives, and continuously learn and develop in their role.

What We're Looking For

Support customers through inbound and outbound calls, consistently delivering legendary customer service.,Provide the right advice to meet unique banking needs by understanding TD products, services, and solutions.,Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact by asking questions and responding with empathy.,Consistently reach performance objectives including customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.,Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching support.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or equivalent,Previous collection, credit experience and/or call center and banking experience is an asset

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (Desktops, laptops, headsets, etc.)

Work Hours

37.5 hours/week; Rotation between 8am - 4pm & 10am - 6pm shifts, Monday - Friday
