Lead CRM initiatives from strategy through execution, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.,Lead cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Analytics teams to align requirements, establish timelines, and drive campaign success.,Oversee email campaign execution, including gathering requirements, developing briefs, managing content production, QA, and deployment.,Lead direct communications with stakeholders via email and presentations to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability.,Ensure compliance and quality of all email content, design, and targeting against brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., privacy, CASL).,Optimize email performance through content and layout improvements, A/B testing, and data-driven recommendations.,Track, analyze, and report on email and CRM performance, compiling actionable insights and metrics.,Lead process improvements in email and CRM workflows, establishing best practices, documentation, and templates.
