Description

The Credit Specialist provides guidance and support to Credit Service Specialists, management, and CIBC partners on complex credit issues, including support for Call Centers and Banking Centres. The role requires extensive experience in a credit-lending environment, focusing on service excellence and positive customer experiences while adhering to CIBC guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

Extensive working experience in a credit-lending environment.,Fluent in French and English.

Work Hours

37.5 hours/week, flexible to work Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Special Commitments
