Credit Portfolio Manager II

Description

The Credit Portfolio Manager II (CPM) at TD Bank performs financial analysis for credit decisions on new and existing business, supports the commercial banking team, and recommends credit solutions. This role manages a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with agreements, regulations, and risk policies, and identifies potential risk issues.

What We're Looking For

Manage complex credit activities to ensure performance quality, consistency of underwriting, and timeliness.,Work on larger, complex deals, focused on Middle Market and highly specialized lending.,Act as a consultant to business lines regarding credit issues, processes, and procedures.,Function as a resource for business lines and work with senior management on various issues.,Partner with Lending/Credit Officers to address exceptions.,Perform periodic inspections at Customer sites to audit accounts and ensure adherence to loan agreements and terms.,Coordinate with Account and Relationship Managers to perform routine financial analyses and credit investigations.,Manage and oversee workflow and adherence to policy for department.,Participate in organizational cost benefit analysis and implementation.,Ensure timeliness of information and efficiency in process and workflow.,Maintain confidentiality of credit and customer information.,May lead a team of Credit Analysts within a region or market.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree required.,10+ years related experience required.
