The mission is to be the primary contact for individual insurance clients, advising them clearly, adequately protecting their assets, and building a lasting relationship based on trust, availability, and quality service.
What We're Looking For
Analyze client needs (auto, home, liability, property).,Recommend adapted, simple, and well-explained protections.,Present options transparently.,Manage renewals proactively (contacts, comparisons, adjustments).,Identify coverage gaps and optimization opportunities.,Ensure a smooth and reassuring client experience.,Respond quickly to requests (changes, questions, attestations).,Support clients in case of a claim, in collaboration with internal teams.,Maintain rigorous and AMF compliant files.,Develop client portfolio through referrals, inbound calls, and cross-sales.,Contribute to a high retention rate through quality follow-up and advice.,Participate in the continuous improvement of internal practices and tools.
Ideal Candidate
Valid AMF certificate – individual damage insurance.,Relevant experience in auto and home insurance (brokerage firm or insurer).,Excellent communication and ability to popularize technical concepts.,Strong sense of customer service and organization.,Proficiency in French; functional English is an asset.,Experience with a BMS (EPIC) (asset).,Comfort with digital tools and dematerialized processes (asset).,Ability to manage a client volume while maintaining quality (asset).,Solution-oriented and loyalty approach (asset).
