What We're Looking For
Analyze exposures, structure coverage, prepare files, and negotiate terms/rates with insurers.,Manage renewal strategies (90/60/30), produce comparisons, recommend adjustments, and ensure timely delivery.,Orchestrate market placement, issue certificates, endorsements, and cover notes, ensuring AMF compliance.,Provide rapid responses and proactive follow-up on claims with specialists, incorporating feedback.,Identify growth opportunities through referrals, influence centers, inbound calls, networking, and developing a sustainable client volume.,Collaborate with a senior account broker, share best practices, and maintain rigorous file management within the AMS.
Ideal Candidate
Valid AMF certificate for damage insurance (corporate and individual).,Minimum 5 years of experience.,Proficiency in risk analysis, market placement, and negotiation with insurers.,Excellent command of French (written and oral).,Professional English proficiency for interacting with certain insurers and clients.,Demonstrated documentary rigor, strong sense of priorities, and results-oriented service.
