Description

The Corporate Controller is a strategic role responsible for overseeing Intelcom's accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes across various global regions. This position ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, robust governance of accounts payable and receivable, adherence to IFRS and local GAAP, and seamless consolidation of international divisions. The Controller will collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and International Finance leaders to drive process improvements, prepare for audits, and enhance working capital efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal corporate policies.,Maintain audit readiness and manage timely reconciliations.,Deliver accurate financial statements and external reporting packages.,Lead group-wide financial consolidation across all entities and geographies, ensuring alignment between local reporting and corporate consolidation.,Provide guidance and oversight to international divisions (currently Australia, Netherlands, and future expansions).,Support external reporting requirements for regulators, auditors, and board presentations.,Oversee AP and AR governance to ensure process efficiency and compliance.,Monitor working capital KPIs such as DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle.,Resolve disputes, minimize overdue receivables, and prevent supplier payment penalties.,Collaborate with Ops Finance and Treasury to optimize cash flow.,Manage complex accounting areas including IFRS 16 lease accounting, CAPEX capitalization, and impairments.,Ensure accurate and timely updates to the fixed asset register and partner with FP&A for CAPEX planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis.,Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to SOX/IFRS requirements where applicable.,Drive audit readiness (statutory, internal, and external) and lead remediation of identified control gaps.,Lead and develop AP, AR, and Consolidation teams (supervising more than 15 employees), building technical expertise and resilience.,Foster cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Ops Finance, and International Finance teams.,Build succession pipelines and strengthen accounting capabilities across the organization.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.,CPA mandatory; CPA Auditor preferred.,10–15 years of progressive accounting/controllership experience, including consolidation and international oversight.,Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and financial consolidation tools.,Proven leadership experience managing AP, AR, and accounting teams.,Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.,Preferred: Experience in multinational, multi-entity environments.,Preferred: Exposure to CAPEX accounting, IFRS 16, and audit coordination.,Preferred: Familiarity with SOX/internal control frameworks.,Preferred: Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools.
