The Coordinator, Human Potential and Growth, will play a key role in attracting, developing, and growing the sales force within the contact center. This role involves coordinating recruitment initiatives, supporting learning cohorts, promoting the employer brand, and organizing events across Quebec. The coordinator will have a concrete impact on candidate and employee experience by ensuring a strong organizational capacity, influencing skills, and collaborative spirit. Coordinate onboarding steps, including administrative follow-up of applications and internal team collaboration.,Support the integration and accompaniment of learning cohorts to foster engagement and success.,Participate in group meetings and provide personalized follow-up to learners.,Compile and analyze cohort-related trends, including journeys and challenges, to optimize processes.,Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to cohorts and learner progression.,Contribute to recruitment and selection activities, including conducting interviews and participating in decision-making.,Collaborate on talent attraction strategy, including developing and maintaining external and institutional partnerships (e.g., CÉGEPs).,Contribute to organizing and being present at attraction activities such as job fairs, webinars, and field events.,Participate in promoting the employer brand, including contributing to targeted marketing campaigns.,Willingness to travel across Quebec (approximately 20% of the time) for event coordination.,Valid driver's license and vehicle required (travel expenses reimbursed).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent attraction, event management, or development.,Bachelor's degree in management, communication, human resources, or a related field.,Valid license in personal lines damage insurance (AMF) is a plus.
