Description

McGill St Laurent, a commodities trading firm, is seeking a self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented individual to coordinate talent attraction and engagement projects. This role involves developing and maintaining a consistent employer brand, collaborating with internal teams and external partners across agriculture, forestry, energy, and carbon credit sectors. The coordinator will be engaged in innovation and maximizing value for clients.

What We're Looking For

Develop and promote the employer brand through job postings, career pages, and HR campaigns.,Plan and publish external content for talent attraction on platforms like LinkedIn, the company website, and newsletters.,Coordinate various communication and marketing projects, including website updates, campaigns, and events.,Support internal communications and initiatives that foster company culture.,Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly recruitment, and external partners.,Track timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.,Perform any other related tasks pertaining to brand, talent, communications, or marketing.

Ideal Candidate

1 to 5 years of experience in employer branding, communications, or marketing, demonstrating a hands-on and proactive approach.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and deliver with rigor.,Strong interest in talent attraction, HR communications, and promoting company culture.,High level of autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.,Comfortable with digital tools and various communication platforms (e.g., Canva, web CMS, social media).,Experience in an agency or Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) environment is considered an asset.
