Description

Moment Factory is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Producers and Associate Producers, as well as the project team, from conception to operation. This role involves project follow-up, administrative tasks, logistics, documentation, and communication. The coordinator will synchronize the creative and production processes, mobilize resources, and ensure liaison between all stakeholders to achieve maximum product quality. This role is part of the Formats team, which explores new multimedia experiences and creates innovative entertainment models globally.

What We're Looking For

Coordinate between content, innovation, interactive, and environment departments.

Plan and organize project activities and meetings.

Provide administrative support to the project team.

Ensure proper project documentation (note-taking, archiving).

Assist in updating tools like budgets and schedules.

Improve existing processes, develop, and communicate new management tools.

Prepare contracts for freelancers and suppliers.

Follow up on communications with employees, clients, suppliers, collaborators, freelancers, and stakeholders.

Assist with accounting-related tasks (expense accounts, invoicing).

Efficiently manage work distribution and project hour banks to respect budgets.

Plan and organize project team travel and prepare related documents (travel documents, Ical, Visa/B1, Carnet ATA).

Manage project closure tasks as needed: data archiving, post-mortem, graphic element collection for internal bank, and communication information.

Execute ad-hoc requests from Producers and Associate Producers.

Support Producers in business development.

Assist, train, and mentor based on acquired knowledge and skills.

Adapt professional experience according to various Moment Factory projects.

Ideal Candidate

College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in communication, project management, visual arts, or related experience.

1-3 years of experience in a coordination and/or project management role.

Work experience in an artistic environment related to Moment Factory's fields: multimedia environments, audiovisual production, architecture, events, etc.

Minimum Education
