Description

The Inventory Coordinator will work in a stimulating environment, fostering professional growth in a clean and safe setting. This role is responsible for various tasks related to coordinating and controlling inventories at the Ville St-Laurent distribution center, ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory, including external warehouses.

What We're Looking For

Conduct necessary investigations to maintain daily inventory.,Analyze non-compliant products and process them in the system.,Verify and reconcile physical and theoretical product inventories.,Prepare and perform monthly period-end tasks according to established procedures.,Apply and enforce internal controls to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity, including external warehouses.,Assist in the preparation and execution of annual inventory counts.,Perform all other related tasks.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position.,Bilingualism (spoken and written) sufficient to communicate with inventory teams from other sites in Canada.,Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data are essential.,Good knowledge of the Office suite (intermediate Excel level).,Knowledge of Maestro and Manhattan systems (a significant asset).,Knowledge of inventory processes (an asset).,Initiative and ability to work autonomously.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

Sunday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM and Monday to Thursday 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
