Description

This role as a Project Controller (PCO) involves playing a key part in the planning, monitoring, and governance of projects and portfolios within iA Financial Group's wealth management team, supporting various business lines in achieving strategic objectives. The PCO will ensure project performance surveillance, data integrity in portfolio management tools, implement quality controls, analyze performance indicators, structure projects, monitor supplier contracts, and support project managers in tool usage and practices.

What We're Looking For

Monitor and evaluate project and portfolio performance.,Ensure data quality, integrity, and updates in the portfolio management tool.,Implement controls and quality assurance for resource allocation, effort tracking, forecasts, and adherence to processes.,Analyze performance indicators, anticipate trends, identify deviations, and make recommendations for improvement.,Structure and maintain projects in the portfolio management tool and advise managers on deliverables, schedules, budgets, efforts, risks, and resources.,Monitor supplier contracts, including financial forecasts, invoice entry, and provisions, and contribute to the budget process.,Participate in documentation, follow-up meetings, and support project managers in using project management tools and practices.,Rigor, analytical capacity, and critical thinking, solution-oriented.,Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-project environment.,Strong collaboration and influencing skills.,Autonomy, professionalism, and ability to structure information.,Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Controller (PCO), ideally in a complex organizational context.,Advanced knowledge of English for communication with Anglophone colleagues and working with English tools.
