Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Key requirements include exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, curiosity to understand customer needs, ability to multitask across various computer systems, digital literacy, flexibility, resilience, a positive attitude, and integrity when handling sensitive information. Preference is given to those with experience in financial or service industries.
