KPMG's Technology Consulting Advisory Practice seeks a dynamic technical lead for its national ServiceNow team. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, assisting with client architecture design, coaching junior developers, leading implementation projects, and establishing best practices. The consultant will work with clients to evaluate current processes, define ServiceNow requirements, and configure the platform.
Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.,Assist in the design of client ServiceNow architecture.,Coach and support a team of junior developers.,Lead ServiceNow implementation engagement projects.,Establish and implement best practices for processes and configurations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure timely engagement management, delivering client deliverables on time, within budget, and with high quality.,Assist in client research and proposal development with senior management support, collaborating with KPMG leaders to create thought leadership, white papers, and other intellectual assets.,Work with clients to assess current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform.,Support the team responsible for implementing and administering the ServiceNow installation, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.,At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role.,Proven experience leading a team of direct reports and ability to mentor junior staff.,ServiceNow certifications are highly considered.,Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.,Understanding and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted ServiceNow components.,Ability to customize the ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets.,Knowledge of integrations and migrations.,Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration parameters, with in-depth functional and technical expertise of the platform, and experience in implementing medium to large scale implementations.,Proven ability to effectively solve technical problems.,Experience working in a direct client-facing role with technical and functional stakeholders, demonstrating strong relationship management skills and a passion for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.,Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation, with advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.,Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.,Master's in Information Systems, MBA, or in another related field is an asset.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
