Consultant/ Senior Consultant, Data Analytics - Deal Advisory

Description

Join KPMG's Data & Analytics, Deal Advisory team in Toronto to leverage data, analytics, intelligent automation, and AI technologies. This role involves working with multi-disciplinary teams on various transactions, analyzing large datasets to generate impactful insights, and developing professional reports, dashboards (e.g., PowerBI), and predictive models. The goal is to help clients unlock the value of their data for better, faster business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Evaluate a business' historical performance, sustainability of earnings/cash flows, financial projections, and opportunities for value creation.,Investigate and perform deeper analysis on large volumes of structured and unstructured data to produce impactful insights.,Draft detailed professional reports and other client deliverables (e.g., Excel schedules, PowerBI dashboards, results of predictive models).,Develop and support other business units in identifying and increasing the use of data & analytics in cross-functional roles.,Utilize KPMG proprietary and third-party data analytics tools.,Develop analytical procedures and templates for team deployment.,Establish credibility and develop relationships with current and prospective clients.

Ideal Candidate

Post-Secondary education equivalent to a university degree in Business or numerate or analytical disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science.,3+ years of work experience in a related field.,Experience in professional services and the deal environment an asset.

Minimum Education

University degree in Business or numerate/analytical disciplines (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science).
