Consultant, Operations Management

Description

This role involves reviewing and modernizing current ACH processes and reconciliation practices, defining a critical framework for the ACH product, and building expertise for backend operational support and enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with various lines of business, vendors, and regulators to develop sustainable end-to-end workflows, controls, and reporting. Responsibilities also include validating ACH file specifications, performing hands-on accuracy checks, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

Review current ACH processes and reconciliation practices.,Identify requirements for modernization.,Participate in defining critical framework for the ACH product.,Build expertise for backend operational support and enhancements.,Collaborate with various LOBs (upstream and downstream), vendors and regulators to develop a sustainable and scalable end to end workflow, controls and reporting needs.,Detailed ACH file specifications.,Perform hands-on validation for accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.,Assist in preparation and research pertaining to internal audits and procedure quality control.,Ability to prioritize workload and maintain organization in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and multi-task.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 4 years experience in ACH.,In-depth knowledge of the Automated Clearing House rules and procedures.,Nice to have experience in Commercial Product Services ACH and other electronic transactions.
