Description

Join CIBC's Financial Crimes Technology team to lead complex technology projects. This role involves designing strategic solutions for back-end systems, supporting end-to-end project implementation, and collaborating with various technical teams to build innovative solutions for a client-centric experience. The position focuses on technical design, integration, and deployment of Information Security application systems.

What We're Looking For

Work closely with business and technology partners to gather complex technical user stories/solution requirements (functional & non-functional).

Facilitate solution design discussions to ensure project needs are met.

Build client-focused solutions and prepare/validate solution design documents (scope clarification, solution requirements, managing product backlog, system workflows, quality assurance).

Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to technology and project professionals.

Maintain a collaborative work environment and help resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of professional exposure in requirements elicitation in software development lifecycle (waterfall and/or agile).

Expertise in delivering technical/solution requirements.

Comfortable working with data, back-end systems, and strong business acumen.

Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Application Development, IT, and/or a related field.
