Description
This role is for an IT Risk and Compliance Advisor who will play a key part in the evolution of risk management and compliance within iA Financial Group's IT Vice-Presidency. The position involves contributing to the transformation of IT risk management practices, advising IT teams, evolving governance frameworks, and participating in strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For
Represent the function to corporate risk and compliance bodies and strengthen the role of advisor and facilitator.,Participate in the preparation and evolution of reporting to committees.,Evolve the governance framework, controls, and key risk indicators.,Advise and support IT teams in interpreting 2nd line expectations and analyzing risk and compliance elements.,Improve control monitoring and ensure their adequacy with organizational expectations.,Rigorously track deadlines related to risk and compliance requirements.,Follow up on recommendations from internal/external audits and mitigation plans.,Contribute to the evaluation of subsidiary acquisition/integration files.,Provide critical insight into risk management by IT sectors and advise on best practices.,Participate in various special mandates related to IT risk and compliance.,Integrate generative AI and automate activities to increase productivity.
Ideal Candidate
7 to 10 years of experience in risk management, systems audit, or related fields, ideally in insurance or finance.,Bachelor's degree in IT, security, accounting, or a related field.,Recognized certifications (COBIT, ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, ITIL V3).,Excellent knowledge of governance frameworks, technological trends, and AI tools.
