MIRA is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to handle both administrative tasks and on-the-ground support. This generalist role is for someone pragmatic, comfortable with diverse profiles, and motivated by practical day-to-day HR operations.
Act as a resource person for employees to answer their questions and requests.
Support managers in applying best practices and team management.
Manage administrative files (employees, benefits, CNESST, etc.) with strict confidentiality.
Process and verify timesheets and payroll for all employees.
Lead the recruitment process from A to Z: job description, salary evaluation, posting, candidate screening, interviews, job offers, employment contracts, etc.
Coordinate the onboarding and integration process for new employees.
Actively participate in the Health and Safety Committee at work.
Oversee the annual performance evaluation process.
Maintain and revise salary scales considering market, industry realities, and internal equity, and prepare recommendations for salary increases.
Organize training sessions in collaboration with directors to meet certification standards.
Write and disseminate internal HR communications.
Stay informed of new trends and participate in the continuous improvement of HR policies, tools, and practices.
Recognized training in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist in a non-unionized environment with a strong human dimension.
Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) (asset).
Relevant Degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree)
30 hours/week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work for events.
