Description

This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and evolving the strategic workforce plan, aligning it with the strategic roadmap, project portfolio, and identified critical skill risks. Key responsibilities include optimizing the use and evaluating the performance of partnership models, and implementing indicators to assess the delivery model's performance. The position also involves analyzing market trends to anticipate necessary skill evolution, collaborating internally to ensure organizational capabilities meet strategic priorities, and providing recommendations based on in-depth analysis for proactive vulnerability management within a supportive and innovative environment.

What We're Looking For

Develop and monitor workforce strategy aligned with strategic roadmap, project portfolio, and organizational objectives.,Identify critical skills and potential vulnerabilities, creating mitigation plans to reduce risks.,Continuously monitor and update the workforce plan, considering market changes and emerging trends.,Optimize the efficient use of strategic partnership models within the workforce strategy.,Implement KPIs to evaluate the efficiency of the delivery framework and partnership model, providing regular reports.,Measure the impact of workforce planning initiatives on organizational performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training, mentoring, and skill development programs.,Propose innovative solutions for improvements in workforce strategy and performance monitoring.,Monitor labor market and industry trends to identify necessary skill evolutions and development opportunities.,Provide recommendations for adapting skill development initiatives based on competitive or regulatory changes.,Establish dashboards to monitor key market trends related to future skill needs.,Collaborate with practice leads and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify gaps against future needs.,Propose reskilling and upskilling initiatives to bridge gaps and strengthen critical skills.,Work with operational and HR teams to ensure alignment between skill needs and available resources.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organizational objectives.,Provide analyses, reports, and recommendations to the Assistant Director for strategic decision support.,Encourage new approaches for anticipating skill needs and integrating emerging technologies into talent management and performance monitoring processes.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in strategic planning and organizational skills development.,Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.,Solid understanding of labor market evolutions, future skill needs, and emerging technologies.,Experience working in a matrix environment with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and mobilize resources.,Ability to propose innovative solutions and maximize the impact of talent management initiatives.
