As a Senior Advisor, Retirement Plans, you will play a key role in the design, development, and management of retirement plans offered to iA Financial Group employees, aiming to optimize employee benefits and contribute to the company's mission of ensuring clients' confidence and security regarding their future. What We're Looking For

Strategic management of defined benefit (DB), defined contribution (DC) retirement plans, and savings plans, while supporting the governance framework including regulatory compliance, documentation, and disclosure obligations.,Advise and influence senior management in the design, evolution, and positioning of plans, from a perspective of total compensation, external competitiveness, and employee experience.,Actively participate in retirement committees and annual meetings, contributing to strategic decisions regarding the investment offerings of DC plans, including American plans.,Act as an expert reference during acquisitions or organizational transformations to ensure coherent integration of working conditions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to communications and popularization of retirement plans and benefits for employees and partners, while supporting the evolution of the benefits offering.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.,Associate or Fellow designation from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA) or the Society of Actuaries (SOA).
