Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Human Resources Director for Quebec, the Senior Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in promoting the company's values and culture. This individual is responsible for operational HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, labor relations, training and development, and benefits management for the St-Raymond site.

What We're Looking For

Advise and support managers, supervisors, and employees on human resources practices and procedures.,Establish HR priorities for the St-Raymond plant and ensure their alignment with the Canadian division's HR objectives.,Act as a company ambassador and actively promote its culture.,Perform various related tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in human resources management or equivalent.,3 to 5 years of experience as a human resources business partner.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.,Reliability and team spirit, while being able to work autonomously.,Rigor and respect for confidentiality.,Bilingualism (French and English) required, both spoken and written, for communication with colleagues across Canada.,CHRP designation (an asset).,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
